Mission Statement

St. Scholastica's College (SSC) is a Catholic institution founded on December 3, 1906, by Mother Ferdinanda Hoelzer. Initially, it began with six paying students and fifty free students. SSC pioneered music education in the Philippines and moved to its current location in Singalong in 1914. It offers education from preparatory to graduate levels, focusing on social justice and gender issues. The school emphasizes academic excellence, social responsibility, and empowerment, nurturing lifelong learners committed to social transformation.
