The school was founded in 1626 by Jesuit fathers. From 1802 it has been a Benedictine Catholic secondary school for boys. Today a third of the teachers are Benedictine fathers. The school accepts pupils from the whole country and has very good reputation in Hungary. Education form: One class for pupils aged 13-18 years and additional two classes for pupils aged 14-18. The boarding house has three separated units according to the ages of our pupils.The school has a famous choire (Collegium Musicum Jaurinense - http://czuczor.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=6276) and a memorial exhibition for the famous benedictine inventor Jedlik Ányos OSB.
